Common Questions Answered
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often
On iPhone: Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size. On Android: Settings > Display > Font Size. Move the slider to make text larger.
Look for "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email or text to create a new password. Call us if you need help!
Warning signs: Urgent language, spelling mistakes, requests for passwords or money, suspicious sender addresses. When in doubt, don't click anything and call us.
First, check if WiFi is turned on in Settings. Try turning WiFi off and on again. Make sure you're entering the correct password. Restart your device if needed.
iPhone: Open App Store, tap your profile icon, scroll to see updates. Android: Open Play Store, tap Menu, then "My apps & games", tap Update All.
Don't panic! Many deletions can be undone. Check your "Recently Deleted" or "Trash" folder. Call us immediately and we can help recover it.
